No Consent Option

All Pennsylvania PRI insureds have an option when it comes to settling a claim. Choosing the No Consent Option will result in an additional 5% primary premium discount. This option allows our knowledgeable claims staff to settle any claim made against the insured without the insured’s written consent.

If the No Consent Option is not selected, Pennsylvania PRI will be required to obtain written consent prior to settling a claim. The insured’s decision whether or not to choose the No Consent Option must be indicated on the Pennsylvania PRI application.
