Physician Advocacy Program
A top law firm, Kern Augustine Conroy and Schoppmann, P.C, has agreed to provide a valuable program only offered to Pennsylvania PRI insureds. This program will provide additional defense resources for any government, Medicare/Medicaid investigation, or any allegations of sexual misconduct. For additional peace of mind, 24-hour, 7-day a week contact is included.
This optional program is in addition to the defense coverage included with the Pennsylvania PRI policy. There is a reasonable membership fee depending on the program chosen. The law firm also has the ability to provide custom CME workshops to large groups. Over 4,000 New York physicians insured with PRI are enrolled in this program and it has been a success for over 20 years.
